How do I find and save a school?
Choose a destination in School Finder and build your search brief. Open the official directory, apply your study-level, field and language filters, then check the institution’s program page. Enter the program name, country, deadline and source link in Admissions Tracker.
How do I compare scholarships?
Use the destination and search filters to find official funding sources. On the provider’s site, check citizenship, academic requirements, study level, award coverage, application route and current deadline. Track each award separately; an admission offer does not automatically include funding.
Passport, transcripts and language evidence
Check passport validity with the relevant authority. Request official transcripts and any required translations from your institution. Confirm accepted language tests, minimum scores and validity with the program. Mark a document ready only after checking the specific requirements.
Statement, references and CV
Explain your academic interests, preparation and goals in your statement. Ask referees early and give them the program requirements and deadline. Keep your CV concise, accurate and relevant. Follow each institution’s instructions on format and submission.
What costs should I enter?
Enter annual tuition, living expenses and mandatory fees in USD. Include insurance, travel and application or visa costs in fees if applicable. Convert original-currency figures consistently and record the exchange-rate date in your notes. Enter confirmed aid separately; an estimated award is not guaranteed funding.
How are my data saved?
Your profile, saved destinations, cost estimates, applications and checklist are saved in this browser on this device. Clearing browser data may remove them. Export your JSON plan regularly and use Restore plan to bring it to another browser. Guest mode does not provide account login or cloud synchronization.
How do deadline reminders work?
Add school / scholarship deadlines, then choose Export deadline calendar. Import the downloaded ICS file into your calendar app. Each deadline includes a reminder seven days beforehand; notification delivery depends on your calendar settings. Verify the provider’s deadline time and timezone yourself.
Is the action planner using live AI?
The action planner builds a structured checklist from your inputs using a local planning template. It works without a paid AI API. It does not read uploaded documents, predict acceptance or check live eligibility. Use official program and government sources to verify requirements.
One profile. A world of opportunity.
